At our farm, we offer a one-of-a-kind experience where you can immerse yourself in daily field routines and cultivate your well-being through hands-on farming. Whether you’re looking for a fun picnic with your children, trying your hand at gardening for the first time, connecting with the local community, engaging in creative activities, or simply taking a break, our farm provides a carefree space for you to enjoy.
Engaging in hands-on farming activities can have numerous benefits for your well-being. It allows you to regulate your autonomic nervous system, bask in sunlight, connect with nature, and rest well. Additionally, being in a farm environment can stimulate your creativity, keep you active, and provide opportunities to engage in activities with others.
By participating in our farm experiences, you’ll not only get to know yourself better but also have the chance to fulfill your dreams. You can consume the fruits of your labor by enjoying the produce you’ve created and even help each other in the process. The farm is a place where laughter fills the air and promotes gut health through moderate exercise.
When visiting our farm, it’s important to come prepared. Wear clothes that can get dirty and bring rain boots, a hat, gloves (vinyl gloves), a towel, a drink, and insect repellent spray. We have some spare tools available, such as shovels, sickles, hoes, and spades, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own. Don’t forget to bring a snack for our tea party!
Our farm is located in Komagane City, Nagano Prefecture, and we have parking space available for 2-3 cars. If you can’t participate every time, that’s okay! Just check in periodically if you want your own vegetables. We’ll notify you during the harvest season via our official LINE. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange delivery outside the city. If you’re interested in participating on non-scheduled days, please inquire through our official LINE for availability.
Join us at our farm and experience the joy of hands-on farming. Please note that visiting the field in the caretaker’s absence is not allowed as it is leased land. We look forward to welcoming you!
